Enjoy the special flair of Mediterranean summers; relax on the fine sandy beaches of Sérignan-Plage or Valras-Plage. We offer budget-priced holiday all year long – enjoy late summer, autumn sun, or the mild winter in South France. In December 2016, the village of Sérignan was oficially declared "Station de Tourisme" - honoring the recreational value and the beauty of the idyllic small town.
Discover the fascinating back country, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere in the nearby university city Montpellier, or visit the fabulous Cité of Carcassonne. The famous Canal du Midi is nearby, and you can rent a houseboat or go on a cruise from Villeneuve-les-Béziers (5 minutes) to Carcassonne.

Medical School Montpellier
With its 3 universities and several so-called "Grandes Ecoles" Montpellier is ranking among the largest university cities in France. Supposedly, every fourth resident of Montpellier is enrolled in one of the numerous academies. Furthermore, the region is renowned for excellent wines, and Montpelleir is also famous for achievements in medical technology, metal processing, and textile engineering.
Montpellier (70 km) is one of the most important cities on the French Mediterranean coast, domicile of the prefecture, and metropolis with International Flair. International Orchestra, Modern Dance Center, Congress Center Corum, and events like the Radio France Festival, Montpellier Dance Festival, or FISE (International Festival of Extreme Sports).
